For the Love of Art

     Chibi Moments is a webcomic I started maybe a decade ago. I only made 8 strips of it. I have decided to post them all and add new ones here. The first 8 of them were made before I got married, so you will see the watermark with my maiden name on them.

 

I also changed up how I originally put them together so that it will read well when clicked on. 

 

    There is no actual dialogue; speaking is represented by pictographs.

 

There are two reasons why I call it Chibi Moments.

Reason 1: My characters are drawn in a similar fashion of the chibi characters in anime, Japanese animation.

​

Reason 2: Chibi is a Japanese word and it means small. This webcomic is based on small moments that I have, which are silly moments I have either experienced or based off of small silly moments that are just randomly created in my head.

 

Most of the ones I create in my head are scenarios I tell my husband about which tend to catch him off guard and make him laugh. And if he laughs at it, I know it's funny and worth putting into Chibi Moments.
