Pattern:
Body (2 pieces)
· Ch 9
· R1: (in back humps) sc in 2nd hump, 7sc more to EOR, ch1 & T (8sc total)
· R2: 8sc, ch1 & T (8sc total)
· R3: (2sc in 1st st) 6sc (2sc in last st), ch1 & T, (10sc total)
· R4: 10sc, ch1 & T(10sc total)
· R5: 2sc Tog., 8sc to EOR, ch1 & T (9sc total)
· R6: 7sc, 2sc Tog., ch1 & T (8sc total)
· R7: 2sc Tog., 6sc to EOR, ch1 & T (7sc total)
· R8: 5sc, 2sc Tog., ch1 & T (6sc total)
· R9 – 17: 6sc, ch1 & T (6sc total for each row)
Border
· Add a SC to Row 17, 16sc down the side,
(16sc&17sc in last st), 8sc on bottom to EOR,
(2sc in 1st st up) 15sc up, sl st into first sc of row 17, fasten off
Assembly
· Toe is pointed to the right
· sl st into 7th sc and sl st all along the border, making sure the stitches match up.
Cuff
*Do both sides separately
o Row 1: sc
o Row 2: hd
o Row 3 & 4: dc
· R1: Make 8sc starting in border stitch and ending in border stitch, ch2 & T
· R2: 8hd, ch2 & T
· R3: 8dc, ch2 & T
· R4: 8dc, fasten off with a long tail
· Using the long tails, sew the sides together, weave in all ends
· Flip over
Add Loop as you see fit.
